If you are reading this you most likely believe that there is more to "life" than this earthly one. You most likely believe that there may even be parallel "life" plans - or past and future lifetimes. In my experience this is indeed the case and therefore the answer to this question is a resounding "Yes!"

You most likely believe that there may even be parallel "life" plans - or past and future lifetimes. In my experience this is indeed the case and therefore the answer to this question is a resounding "Yes!"
In this article I will explain why this is the case, what it means for you - you may be grieving a deceased pet - and give you a couple of examples from communications with departed pets.
Why do pets (and humans!) reincarnate?
Let's start by stating the premise that we are all spiritual beings in a physical body. Let's further establish that at a soul (Spirit/Inner Being/Inner Essence/God....you choose) level we are all eternal. It is the same with our pets. Their physical bodies cease to be - but their soul "body" continues and "folds back" into the non-physical.
As your pet's soul is eternal, so is its journey. Their soul - which focused into the physical to experience the joy of this life on planet Earth - is the essence of what you see when you watch your pet - or any animal - frolicking around. Equally it is their soul's "destiny" when you watch them suffer - as hard as this may be to believe. I will come to this shortly.
Your pet has come (as have you!) to experience everything this life has to offer and be part of a greater consciousness. However, pets are different to us in that they do not have the same aspirations or dreams or life vision as we do. They operate on a simpler level. Whilst they do have preferences and wishes and (as is the case particularly in working or competition animals) love their "job" and want to be good at it, they are also very good in an aspect of life that will be covered in a future article : Allowing what is. Therefore, transitioning form the physical to the non-physical (i.e. death) is a completely natural and "no big deal" process for them. Even during the end of their life they always seek (and find and allow!) wellbeing as they are much more connected to their eternal nature. Which is pure love and positivity.
This means that returning to the physical - reincarnating - is also a much more natural transition. Animals come and go, come and go...the ones in the wild even faster than the domesticated ones. If an animal has been domesticated for a long time - or has had a very busy life - there may be some unfinished business; and (s)he may return in a very similar physical body and personality. Other pets simply choose to come back in physical form for the fun of it. A cat however is unlikely to return as an elephant or vice versa.
For now know that your pet may therefore choose to:
a) remain in-spirit, as a non-physical "form"
b) re-incarnate (= return to a physical form) almost straight away after transitioning
c) remain in-spirit for a certain time and then return to the physical
a) would be the case if an animal decides to remain a spirit guide for example
b) in this case the soul has chosen another "assignment" straight away
c) some pet's souls want to stay in the non-physical form and reincarnate when the timing is perfect
What does this mean for you if you are feeling the "loss" (they are never really gone) of your pet and are wondering if (s)he may come back?
This could very well be the case! However it will be most likely in the form of an animal that is very similar in looks and personality to your departed one. Remember that your beloved animal's soul is always with you. You may know this already, you may be getting hunches, impressions, dreams etc. But you will not receive "the same" pet back. Why? Because even though the soul is multi-faceted and your pet's soul can (and IS!) close to you, the physical form and processes are - like nature - ever renewing and evolving. When I leaf falls from a tree and decomposes into the soil, its consciousness, its soul imprint remains forever; but the exact same leaf will never come back. It's the same with humans and with pets.
Two examples from my animal communication practice:
I communicated with a cat who let me know that he wasn't planning to return to the physical for some time yet (despite having passed 20 years ago!) - but would return as a cat to be with their human in both their next life. Wow!
My previous Burmese cat reincarnated almost straight away and told me he was living as a black tom cat in an old Manor House, roaming the manicured gardens and helping keeping the house and surroundings free from rats! A few months after we welcomed an incredibly similar Burmese cat into our home. He was different in personality in some ways; but otherwise the perfect "replacement". Why? Because I asked Spirit for it!

Animals have less resistance than humans transitioning over to the non-physical - and therefore also reincarnate more easily
If you miss your soul animal dearly and ask for another soul mate to join you - they will (possibly sent by your departed pet)
Animals may reincarnate soon after passing - or stay sometime in the non-physical
Your pet's soul is always with you - at the same time it can re-incarnate in a different location - or even time - and different (animal) form to seek a new experience. In this way the soul stays true to its nature of consciousness to evolve with planetary and universal consciousness.u - you may be grieving a deceased pet - and give you a couple of examples from communications with departed pets.
